Myshel’s experiences honed her artistry on a world stage filled with culture while traveling with her missionary father to several countries including her mother’s homeland of Ghana in West Africa. The Story Behind Unstoppable
Byron let Myshel hear this no name track he had created thinking she would pass it up. To his surprise, she kept going back to it. Myshel took the song home and began writing and vocally arranging the song. it was written in a day. They took away and added a few things and ended up with a great song! “I felt as if the song wanted to teach me the way it wanted to go. I didn’t have control of anything. I simply followed,” Myshel says. “We had a blast working on this song! When we think of this song, we think of it as an anthem that stands against everything, everyone and every circumstance that would try to drain our strength so we can’t go on.”
Unstoppable to us is the moment when you realize that you CAN’T give up. There is no turning back. Only full sail ahead! It is when you have to give all you’ve got again and again and yet, again. through school, In your marriage, with your dreams and aspirations, even with God.
